We would like to introduce and welcome Joseph Guesnier to the RokFit team.
Joseph is a very well rounded, talented athlete whom just qualified with his team to go to the Games in Carson, CA this July with a team 2nd place podium finish. Well done and congrats to Joseph and the CrossFit Lubbock team out of Lubbock, TX.
With a 2:34 Fran time, and 545# deadlift, Joseph and fast and strong, and one to be reckoned with.
