The t shirt is thin and soft material. Similar to what UA uses for their t-shirts. This is perfect for summer time in the south! I actually do not use these to work out in, but they would be good to use if that's what you want. I got men's medium; I'm 5'7, 172lbs 40DD.

I bought this shirt for my husband. He loves the fit of all his Rokfit shirts. He has broad shoulders and a tapered waist and wears a size large. Most large shirts hang straight down giving him a boxy look but these taper along his body without being restricted. The shirt is soft and the design is vibrant. Can’t wait for more designs to come out to add to his collection!
