Rok these official RokFit 5mm Knee Sleeves when you require some additional knee joint support. These durable sleeves are made from a strong 5mm neoprene that is moisture wicking and won’t irritate your skin. These are great for general use in the gym, when you need some support during lifts, or even to protect your knees when banging them on the ground during lunges.
This RokFit Knee Sleeve is sold in pairs. One order of these gets you 2 knee sleeves, one for each knee.

For sizing, measure your leg circumference 1” below the knee cap while your leg is slightly bent. *Sizing is approximate. You may require different sizing based on how you’d like ithem to fit. Sizing chart is based on a snug fit.
