I have a pair of the motion shorts in every colour. They are the most comfortable and versatile shorts I have ever owned. Great in the gym, or on the street. If you don’t skip leg day, these shorts are for you to wear all day and have room to breathe and move. For reference, I’m 5’9” 205 lbs, 36” waist, wear size XL.
