We have multiple types of cross-training shorts available, 2-way stretch, 4-way stretch and poly/cotton blends. The main difference between the 2-way stretch and the 4-way stretch is elasticity and thickness of material. The Fight Shorts 2.0 and the PRO Fight shorts are 2-way stretch, which are a little thicker/heavier material, and the ELITE's are 4-way stretch which have more flexibility with a lighter weight material.
